FAQ’S

How often should I have my house or premises washed?

To maintain your paintwork and cladding, we recommend that you have your building exterior washed at least once a year. For properties that are near enough to the ocean to be affected by the salt in the air, we recommend a clean closer to every six months. Keep on top of cleaning as an important part of property maintenance.

Should we be at home to get a quote done?

Provided we have access to the building you need us to clean, you won’t need to be at home. However, if it is a rental property you will need to arrange a time that works for the tenants.

How much does a house wash cost?

We can provide you with a free quote which will be based on the size of the exterior in square metres, height, ease of access, amount of build-up, and estimated amount of time a clean will take.

Do you clean roofs? If so, what method do you use?

Yes, we can clean roofs! We recommend having your roof cleaned and treated every year to ensure it remains in the best possible shape.

We use a soft chemical wash to get all of the dirt, grime, and organic material off the roof and then rinse to leave it clean. We then apply a treatment that helps to keep it clean for longer.

What’s the time frame for house washing services?

Once you have accepted our quote, we can generally schedule your service within two to three weeks—or sooner.

Should we be at home for the wash?

As long as we can access the exterior of your home, you don’t need to be present. We will not require interior access—just don’t forget to close your windows!

How do we prepare for a wash?

To prepare your building for cleaning, close all the windows (if any windows are known to leak, put towels on the sills) and take all washing off the outdoor lines. We also need you to ensure that there is clear space to walk around the building.
